Head pressure, flickering lights, eye floaters, air movement

Hi all I am 18 years of age and suffer from the symptoms above as well as others. I feel a tight pressure round my head which travels round my face and then towards my neck and my shoulders and my ears feel like they need to pop. My vision is fine with glasses on but my eyes focus in and out and words seems to zoom in and out on a page. I get a lot of floaters in my vision and whatever I seem to look at has an edge of yellowiness and brightness to it and my vision seems milky like theres a filter on it. Also, when I look at light, the light source seems to stay in my vision and I can see a lot of light flickers. Lights such as traffic lights and street lights elongate and gives me a really bad headache. For the last couple of days now, I have woken up and my heart would be racing. I also feel like the air is moving in the distance and it feels like i can see it raining. The symptoms started out of the blue about a month ago, It stopped for a week and I have been experiencing them again for the last two weeks. It is really draining me out and my ability to stay focused and concentrate is deteriorating. I have suffered three anxiety attacks in the last week which would start with a really bad headache and then difficulty in breathing; this has now passed and it is just the head pressure and vision problems that seem to persist. I have had blood tests done which have come back normal. The doctors have booked me in for an MRI in the coming Sunday however I have a gut feeling that they will come out normal and no proper diagnosis. Doctors try and fob me off and say its anxiety/stress related however I have never felt this way ever and I know it is something more than that. Most days it gets me really down and I feel really depressed about it but I know I am not suffering from diagnosed depression. When it started happening, my mum took me to Moorfields eye hospital and they said it was nothing. They checked behind my eyes and into my head and said everything was normal - which I know for a fact it isn't. As I am writing this now, my head feels very heavy and it sort of feels half of my face is stiff. Thank you for taking the time out to read this post and I would love to know if anyone else has had these symptoms, if theres a diagnosis and if there is any relief. Thank You
