Splitting headaches, left neck pain and left ear ache after orgasms and exercise

I'm a 28 year old woman, good physical health, experiencing some major pain for the last few months.. It started happening after intercourse, but only if I climaxed. This happened over and over again and my partner and I became really worried because 1. this doesn't sound normal and 2. way to ruin sex, am i right?  It was absolutely head splitting, to the point of tears. Then it stopped for a few weeks. I then went on a pretty vigorous trail run, harder than I usually go, and instantly, head ache and super sore left side of my neck, up to the bottom of my skull. The head ache continues to the left side of my head, the whole left side, AND my left ear occasionally gets incredibly painful ear aches randomly. Because this has lasted so long I'm starting to worry its something more serious then just an over exertion headache. It seems like a lot of people have posted with similar issues, but no one seems to have a solid answer. Anyone have any insight? The only relief I've found is if i take like 5 advil ( I KNOW THIS ISNT GOOD but it's the only thing that helps, and I rarely ever  took it (or other pain killers) before i felt this pain. I try to stretch my neck a lot , but it only provides little relief, and massages are a big NO. Please crack an egg of knowledge.
