Symptoms getting Bothersome.

Okay i asked a question here this is a follow up and continuation

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Migraines--Headaches/Confused-Symptoms--Sinus-or-migraines/show/1076096

I got myself Nasal spray, and Decogestant.

I'm still in limbo whether i have sinus problems, migraines or allergies and it is worrying me to the point of bringing on panic attacks and chronic anxiety.

The Decogestant and nasal spray do help clear up some problems, but what still remains is the unsettling burning/ache sensation on my right temple, it feels irritated when i pull on my hair round that region. also there is like a pressure ache n pain around the inner part of my right eye aswell as my eyebrows. Things to note....i get no sudden severe headaches, this seems to come in waves or pulses. Also, the dizzyness is still present  with trembles (this is hard to describe) a shiver like feeling or it feels like when you go down on a plane, that comes in waves and goes on n off.

it is driving me insane!, and i have bad anxiety and depression as it is, this just worsens the symptoms because i'm constantly worrying that something more sinister or severe is happening, the biggest mistake i made was seeing other posts about tumors and anneurusyms, now that is stuck in my mind constantly!.

i've almost given in, i hate going to the doctor unless i absoutely have to, i think i might just have to go and get checked out :(

Can anyone please anymore advice or anything that i can get to help treat this?

thankyou in advance.

Thankyou, your so help so far is good advice, i think a call to the doctors is needed, also things like the salt water treatment i've not heard of before, so i'll bring that up with the doc and i hope he can suggest something that'll ease my worries.

Wish me luck!

Over-use of computers can cause headaches because of poor posture (tension headaches) or because of looking at the computer screen for too long (eye-strain headaches or migraine headaches). Also, changes in sleep schedule can trigger migraine headaches.

I would really go to the doctor because if it is a migraine headache, you will need a prescription medication and only doctors can prescribe prescription medication... you cannot buy it without a doctor's prescription. Only prescription medication called triptans is the proper medication for migraine headaches... unless due to other health reasons a person cannot take triptans, then there are a few different types of alternatives. But, really, if it is a migraine, you will probably need a prescription from the doctor.

Also, if the allergy medication does not help with home treatment after a week or two, then you should go to the doctor to make sure it is not a sinus infection. You can do a salt water rinse of your sinus' if you want, the doctor might suggest that even. Here is link to the mayo clinic for a video on how to do a sinus rinse: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/nasal-lavage/MM00552

A salt water sinus rinse is a good thing to do if you have a sinus infection. It is better than antibiotics if you have a viral sinus infection as antibiotics do not work on a virus and it is even sometimes more helpful than antibiotics if you have a bacterial sinus infection as long as your infection is mild and this is what your doctor has recommended.

i use a laptop often, and when i go out, the symptoms arent as worse or fade away, so is this related to over use?, also my sleeping pattern isnt exactly healthy either.
