Painfull Head/Brain
I'm 14 and everyday my head or brain will badly hurt somtimes the pain mainly occurs on the left side of my head and it feels so painfull it feels like a huge fire errupted inside of my head and the pain will continue for 5 minutes and then moments later it will come back. =(

How are you? I'm sorry to hear what you've been through. One sided painful headaches are usually due to migraine headaches. This can be caused by triggers such as hormones, food, heat, weather, excessive hungers and plenty of other causes. Rest, ice packs, pain management and identification of the possible triggers may help. Avoidance of these triggers usually help prevent further occurrence.
