bad headaches and ear aches

Well, ive been to 3 different doctors about my problemfor the past 6 months ive had these weird headaches every single day. They usually start in the morning when i wake up and i get this noise in my ears i hearits hard to explain how it sounds but its kinda like the noise you would hear when you listen to one of those big seashells from the ocean its kind of like that in a way. I have to take excedrin migraine every morning i wake up before i get my day started if i didn't i would literly want to lay in bed all day. These headaches make me really tired when i go to stand up i get really dizzy and my eyes like black out it gets really fuzzy and the doctors say they can't find anything wrong but i know there is i just can't figure it out on my own. I was also woundering if taking excedrin everyday would effect my liver or me in anyway? Please help me if you can. Thank-you for your time.

How are you? Were you able to have your ears checked? Excedrin side effects may include coughing,  difficulty in swallowing, dizziness, light headedness, or feeling faint. Acetaminophen and salicylate combination medicines may be used to relieve occasional pain but is not recommended to take for long periods of time. A few reports have suggested that acetaminophen and salicylates used together may cause kidney damage or cancer of the kidney or urinary bladder. Talk to your doctor about this for proper management. have you had an mri done?
