Yes he is on medication for migranes they put him on several different ones his current one are doxipen 200mg a day plus cymbalta 30 mgs a dayalong with the ms- conitin. the neroulist that we have been seeing  keeps telling me there is no way the mri can change and doesnt understand why i would want a ct scan. he has had several dilated eye exams performed has been in the hospital 3 times in the last four months also had a lumbar puntcure performed. when i talked to the nero dr yesterday he said the only thing he could think to do was another lumbar puntcure.

Hi,

Yes MRI findings can change over time and 4 months is a long time.

I will help us to know if your son is taking treatment for migraine.

I would suggest you to consider the possibility of getting another MRI done and a complete neurological exam done because from your post it seems his current medications are not working at the moment. It will help to make the diagnosis and prescribe proper treatment.

Hi sorry ur son is going thru so much.I do know that migraines can casue lesions to form on the brain....I also know that diff conditions that r brain related can have changes in that or even a shorter amount of time.It all depends on what the changes r and what caused them.

I have a condition that if I were to fall, or have aninjury to the head or neck it could cause a rapid change to my brain MRI.

I am not a dr and I do not know what exactly u r referring to, but changes can take place.

I pray u can find the cause of his pain.
