daily headache for years

hello. I had a problem where i was unable to breath at all through my nose for 6 years. It was very uncomfortable to sit still in school. Some how i was able to breath again, but for the past several years i have had a headache down the top middle of my brain. It's something that i experience daily and it still seems like my brain hasn't adjusted to being able to breath through my nose.
i was wondering if anyone has any advice of what to do. im sure the headaches would go away with aspirin but that seems excessive to have to take every day.                         Thanks
