I've had these colors in my eyes,.I have flashing light when I blink. Its not real bad but very annoying.my optamolgist did a lot of tests even at the hospital was a EEG.i can drive the sun seams to make it more. But I've never had a migraine .he said the lights are aura that go with migraines. He said I got lucky that I haven't had a  migraine and may never have one..I do have the full attach of aura were it blinds me 15 min or less, and very nausea. Then im really tired. the aura I get I cant seem to pin point if its a color? I know its weird I see against white walls or even the pc screen..I also have dry eye syndrome, just otc drops...can anyone tell me if you have this? he did say its very rare I don't get a migraine. I hardly get any headaches..if so its from my neck..  thanks

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

You can have a migraine and never experience the pain from one. Auras, nausea, etc are migraines. I suggest taking some migraine medication (IMO Excedrin is the best OTC med there is). Auras can occur before, during or after a migraine, I am not sure how rare it is but I have them frequently too. For nausea I suggest taking 25mg Meclizine, 3 times a day as needed. I know it sounds odd but it really does work. Good luck.
