head hurts.

hii i'm fourteen years old and i need some help,
i don't know what i have but i haven't been feeling well lately.
my head has been hurting extremely bad, and there is a lump on my neck.
ever since i noticed this lump Sunday the 16 i believe,  my neck has been hurting really bad.
as well as headaches and neck pains, my eyes have been starting to get kind of blurry too, and i've never had any eye trouble before this, my eyes used to be perfect.
I have also had a loss of apetite and i've been very dizzy.
i went to the doctors a few days ago and she said i had a cold, but i don't really believe that because my nose isn't runny, and i haven't been coughing, and i've had colds before and this is nothing like one.
i can't stand up for more than 2 minutes without feeling very nautious.
on the 20th, i woke up some time during the night  sweating alot, and i was very out of it. i couldnt get the door open for some reason and i couldnt see out of my right eye. also, i've been having chills at night. so cold that i have to wear 2 pairs of socks, slippers, and a winter coat, and 3 blankets.
on top of that, i had my period for 9 days straight during that time, it stopped yesterday thank goodness.
any   help ?
