help finding dr to treat abdominal migraines

my 25 year old daughter has gone thu all the testing her gastroenterologist can do.  he finds no abnormalities and says it sounds like she has abdominal migraines and suggested she see a neurologist who treats migraines.  i've called many neurologist offices and have not found any one who treats this or knows anything about adult abdominal migraines in the san francisco/oakland area.   she is down for the count for days after these episodes, drained, pale, weak, and fearful.  she has bouts of simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea accompanied by grueling cramping and pain that lasts hours and hours.   please can you help us find a doctor for her?
