severe headache

hello...
ive been believing that i have migraine for quite a long time now. pain on one side of the head, usually the right side, that starts from the eye, then goes down to the jaw, back of the head, same side. before i took dolfenal 250 and now that im here in uae, im taking ponstan 500. that's the prescription of the physician that i consulted. along with taking the medicines, i sleep and most of the times i put cold pack on the headache.

i had these things that i believe i causing my "migraine"... strong lights, strong odor, extreme heat, extreme cold, weather changes, stress. for sometimes now i was able to get along with it.

it's just that these past two months now that everyday i am having terrible headache. not only on one side but my entire head including my back of the neck, throat (everytime i have this headache and i touch my throat i can feel some pain), eyes (when i touch my eyelids there's also pain), and my symptoms other than severe pounding and sharp pain al over my head are watery eyes, neck (back of the neck) pain,  feeling weak and nauseous and i noticed that i kept on yawning.

i have consulted an opthalmologist for my eyes. but the doctor said that i just have excessing dryness of the eyes and i forgot the exact term she used for the allergy of the eye (conju... something). she also said that my eyes was not necessarily the cause of my headache and i should see a neurologist to confirm. so, my eyes is voted of of the factors that's causing my headache.

im so afraid that i might be having symptoms of brain aneuryms. and i wanted to make sure what's causing this terrible pain so that i could know how to deal with it.

could the extreme hot weather here in uae cause this pain?

please help me, im desperately looking for the right answer.

thank you so much.

Hello Dear,
Do not worry, you have symptoms of migraine.Avoid stress and relax. You can take some NSAID to releive the pain.If the pain is of increased intensity you can take sumatriptan.
You  can try some easy remedies at home like;
- Enhance maintaining balance by learning exercises from a trained physiotherapist
- Reduce stress
- Practice Aerobic exercises
- Develop a regular sleep pattern

You should avoid diet drinks, tobacco, caffeine, take plenty of water to ensure the blood pressure does not drop due to exercise, high stress activities and hot climate.
.Diet: Avoid dietary triggers of migraine.
You should consult a neurologist and ger the evaluation done.
