Day Light Savings Time

Just a reminder (for most of us who live in North America and for some others too) to set your clocks back! The clocks on your computers and laptops most likely did this automatically so there is usually no need to change the time on your computers.

Day Light Savings Time started at 3AM on November 1st (so you could think of that as very late at night on Halloween OR very early in the morning on November 1st). For those States, Provinces and Territories that observe Day Light Savings Time, you are supposed to set your clocks BACK one hour... so from 3AM to 2AM. Not all countries observe Day Light Savings Time, and not every State in the USA and not every Province in Canada observes Day Light Savings Time... check your local time to confirm if unsure.

If anyone has any local information that differs from the November 1st Day Light Savings Time information, please feel free to post it! Thanks! :)

I loooove daylight savings time in the fall.  An extra hour of sleep that always seemed to fall in the middle of midterms.   :)

It is hard for the body to adjust to it! In my pen+paper migraine diary, I put "DST' as the trigger for the migraine I had the following day!!

Fortunately, our local newscast is good about reminding people to do this, because it's so easy to forget.  It wouldn't hurt my feelings, though, if they would just forget this daylight savings time stuff.  It's hard for the body to adjust to it.
