SOMEWHERE "IN MY WALK" IN THIS LIFE I PICKED UP HEPATITIS B.  I SERVED IN SOUTH VIETNAM  DURING THE WAR. NEVER HAD ANY SYMPTOMS THAT I CAN RECALL. I AM BAND FOR DONATING BLOOD.
I WAS  RECENTLY INFORMED THAT DUE TO THE AGENT ORANGE CLASS SUITE HEPATIITIES WAS BEING RECOGNIZED AS PRESUMPTIVE.  ANY COMRAD OUT THERE HAVE ANY OFFICIAL KNOWLEDGE TO THIS FACT?  PLEASE SHARE. GB

Hepatitis B is an infectious disease. I don't buy the connection with Agent Orange. For the record I had heavy Agent Orange exposure.

Not to be rude...but you need proper education. My father served and contacted agent orange..passed away in 1989 from hep b..there ha's been PLENTY of research and confirmation on the matter. I do believe maybe you should be educated on the connection between agent orange and hep b. We fought and won against the government in the early 90''s on this very matter..the effects from this continue to increase with each generation

Check with your friend you recieved benifits for Hep B.  I think it is Hep C, that the benifits award was given.  And it was from contaminated shots while in Military.  I could be wrong you need to check with a Veterans Service Officier.

I also believe it was Hep C and not Hep B.  My father was exposed to Hep C in the military and was awarded.  He was also recognized in Agent Orange AFTER death from the effects.........Agent Orange and Hep B are not related.....as far as I know....Agent Orange is chemical....
