:'( Hubby leaves in 3 hours. It will be 2 months till I see him, then will only have him for a month before he deploys.

Just need some comfort. My husband is leaving for work up training and I dont even have my dog too keep me company. He'll be back for a month before he most likely deploys in April. Im alone, pregnant and just want my hubby. He might not even be able to be there for our first childs birth in August. Ive been crying uncontrollably the past couple days and Its not keeping him here, just making me more upset that I take the time we have for granted.

Lucey--I am sorry that you are going through this. You are pregnant and emotional. I know what you mean about the other military wives being hard and cold and I don't understand it. I hope that you are feeling better and are taking it slow.

Thanks! Ive done 3 months last year and it was horrible. Mainly because I was in civi land where they just dont understand. Now Im on base but all the wives here arent phazed by their man gone. I dropped hubby off and all the other wives were dry-eyed and acted as if they were dropping their kids off at school. And then theres me red face from crying all day, tears in my eyes.

Is your man overseas? So he'll be back in another 3 months?
