Taking my chances at the odds working out for me.
I am now off birth control. Hubby is on standby to go to afghanistan in April. Im hoping if I get pregnant he doesnt go and If he goes, I dont get pregnant. I know its kind of gambling with bad outcome but I dont think I will get pregnant before he goes. I was off birth control for 5 months having sex almost every day and never got pregnant.
Lots of ups and downs. Hes home till monday then gone till the 13th. Thankfully hes home after that till january 1st. We are going home for christmas together for 3 weeks. Im debating staying there if I can find a job until mid february when hes back from work up.
I am so sorry deployment is hard!
They guy decided not to drop tour after all. So as of now, no Im getting used to it and for now am ok if he goes.
is he going?

Well Im not sure if we made the right decision in going off birth control. Someone needed to be replaced over seas and this is when I found out that he had a 1/4 chance of going. Now its 1/3. ITs not like 1/4 chance of winning the lotto, his him or one of 2 other guys that WILL go. Heck they could all end up going. I just pray that if he has to go it will be mid tour after the baby is born... if I get pregnant that is.
Oh I know! I said with my luck Ill get pregnant next week! lol

my hubby just got back from iraq a little while ago and now theyre supose to be going to afghan in 2011. long time away i know but it will creep up faster than i can imagine. but that time this little peanut will be 1 or so. i think i'll cry mommy and go home for a bit. whatever the outcome youll handle it im sure. but dont tempt fate. just cause you didnt get pregnant in five months dosnt mean you wont get pregnant in 5 weeks this time. make your hubby give you a huge cuddle. it sounds like you need one. xoxo
