1 Positive Test, 1 Negative Test, Lt. to Heavy Bleeding

(Before this) Gravadas: 4, Living: 4 All my pregnancies and births were normal.
Now with that background, this is my scenerio: Tuesday had been 39 days since my LMP so I took a test and recieved a positive result. I had already been feeling pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness and fatigue. Thursday evening I started lightly spotting with back pain and cramps. Friday afternoon I went to a clinic to get another test done, the result came back negative. I was still feeling fatigue and nauseous. As the day progressed, the bleeding and pain became more severe. I sit here today (Saturday), still with back pain and bleeding that now isn't as heavy.
Is it possible that I was pregnant and am experincing a miscarriage? I got to my physican's office in a couple weeks but I'm so confused by my body's behavior. Please help me with some advise. Thanks.

I believe you experienced an early miscarriage. So sorry for your loss....I experienced the same thing and it was pretty hard. I got my positive and miscarried all in 1 week so I know how devastating it is! Still keep your doctors appoinment to make sure everything is ok.
