4 or 5 weeks pregnant, had m/c THREE weeks ago and Pos. preggo test today
I was wondering, about three weeks ago, I had a miscarriage, it was natural. no D&C and I bled for about 6 or 7 days, like a normal cycle. 2 days after bleeding stopped we had sex for four days straight, dr said it was okay. I was probably 4-5 weeks along. Anyways, it has been three weeks and I took a preggo test and it said positive, that was yesterday and took another one a few min ago it said positive again is it the stupid miscarriage pregnancy hormone showing up or could it be a positive pregnancy test?
anyways I had one baby 2 years ago and she was healthy, it was odd I had a m/c but things sadly happened. It is hard for me to talk to anyone where I live who is preggo and in my neighborhood, it is pretty much everyone right now (crazy, isn't it? lol) . I do want another baby and we are trying but scared at the same time.

I agree the waiting game is horrible. I go insane while waiting im not good with it. And i do believe you could very well be pregnant. I normally get pregnant back to back like that. And if it was very early like a chemical pregnancy i dont see the harm in not waiting. the most you will have to watch out for is infection but thats fixable with meds. just ***** for awhile. best wishes to you
I went to the OB yesterday (she was in such a negative mood) and she was like "oh you should wait, blah blah blah" and I told her I read up about it, I was emotionally ready to 'do the deed' 2 days after bleeding stopped since my M/C was natural and not D & C . Plus was sadly very early on...
with that said, I asked her , could the hormone still be left over she said if I was that early on than no (she wasn't my doc... my doc was out for the day) but then again it could be leftover so yeah I took a blood test and now I am going to wait, since the stupid OB staff takes like a week to let me know what the heck is up with my blood (that is what happened before) the 'wait' is annoying lol.
so right now I am just scared, wanting to know the truth what is going on with my body lol.
and I didn't wait to have sex because I knew I was ready to do it again, now if I was further along, I would have waited but thanks to the internet and this site, I had enough information, more than my stupid OB would tell me to determine if i was ready for 'the deed' lol.

hi, I got pregnant with my six yr old son straight after a m/c without having a period, so it is possible. The only way to find out is to go to your Dr's for a blood test, or u/s. I have just had another m/c and they have advised me to wait to try again until after my next period. I think that this is so that if you do get pregnant it is easier to date??

I agree with all the other people on this forum. I got pregnant and was about 4-5 weeks along and had a miscarriage, my dr. told me to wait 3 cycles and then try again. Well my period never came I waited about 2 weeks to start and never did so I did a test and it came back positive. This was two weeks after the MC. So yes it is possible that you are pregnant again. But a blood test is the only sure way to find out. Good Luck. I had a healthy baby girl in February.
You really need to go to the hospital and have a Blood test done but, I do believe it is very posible that you are preggo!! CONGRATSHere is why I believe you are!! .On feb 2nd of 08 i had a M/C and well march 4 of 08 we found out we was preggo and I went on to have a healthy baby girl!!! i just went through a miscarriage it started on the 17th and got much worse on the 18th of October (Yesterday). My HCG levels are already down there to before pregnancy levels so I really think and believe that you are preggo!! Congrats!!
I have the same question, i just posted wondering the exact samething. I can't be of help to you cause i need the same answer, but let me know what you find out.
hi. you should get a bloodtest. could be leftover HCG. or you ovulated right after C and got preg which would be great. good luck.
