After a miscarriage it takes 6-8 weeks on average for your period to arrive. This is completly normal and there is nothing to worry about.

You may notice that your period are slightly different. Your cycles may be longer other times shorter, but again that's normal too. As long as there longer than 21 days tha's fine, but really your cycles shouldn't really be longer than 40 days or more.

For ovalation to occur it normally takes about 2-3 months, but some women can start ovalating straight away, but again on average it's about 2 months.  There is chance that you could be pregnant, but I feel that ur body is just gearing up for a period.

Even if were pregnant there is no reason why it should be a problem. If ur body allowed u to get pregnant so fast, then ur body must of been ready and in good working order, especially to conceive so easily., so there is No increased risk to you at all. You are at no greater risk.

If ur not pregnant and u want to be, then I suggest u start taking pre-conception pregnancy tablets and folic acid. Increase ur intake of vitamin C too. Healthy diet also helps alot and moderate exercise for good hormone balance and overall good health.

Hope ur ok . I am sorry you had to experience a miscarriage, it's very heart breaking.

Rachel
