CONFUSED...PLEASE HELP!!!

I AM 27 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE HAD 3 AND A POSSIBLE 4TH MISCARRIAGES. MY DR TOLD ME ON NEW YEARS EVE THAT I WAS 4-5 WEEKS PREGNANT. MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAD BEEN TRYING FOR A WHILE SO I WAS EXCITED. BECAUSE OF MY HISTORY OF MISCARRIAGES MY DR HAD ME DO A FEW MORE BLOOD TESTS EVERY 48 HOURS. MY LEVELS WERE INCREASING. WELL TODAY I HAD MY 1ST SONOGRAM AND THE DR COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING. THERE WAS NO SAC OR NO BABY. I HAD A TRANS VAGINAL SONOGRAM DONE 3 TIMES TODAY AT 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND A REGULAR SONOGRAM DONE....STILL NOTHING. I HAD MORE BLOOD WORK DONE TOO SO I HAVE TO WAIT TIL TOMORROW FOR THOSE RESULTS. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW CAN MY HCG LEVELS GO UP WITH EACH TESTS AND THERE NOT BE A BABY? TODAY I SHOULD BE BETWEEN 7-9 WEEKS PREGNANT SO THE DR SHOULD'VE SEEN SOMETHING. SHE HAS RULED THIS OUT AS ANOTHER MISCARRIAGE BUT I HAVEN'T HAD ANY BLEEDING OR CRAMPING THE ENTIRE TIME. HOW CAN THIS BE? I'M SO HEART BROKEN AND DEPRESSED. I WANT KIDS SO BAD. WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING? AM I PREGNANT OR DID I HAVE A MISCARRIAGE? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Have they ruled out ectopic  pregancy not to scare you but friend was pregant at 5 weeks had bleed went to er scan internal told her could not see nothing so must had m/c.. She tested urine hcg week later and was still positive, informed dr told her she could be early preg again.  she knew she wasn't because hadn't had sex. Anyway my friend kept testing urine and kept getting stronger... Dr didnt want to know she demanded hcg bloods 48 hour later repeat and she was in 20000. She had no pain nor bleeding since first day... Anyway was rushed in and removed ectopic pregant and she lost a tube she was 9 weeks gone....she was so angry if bloods had of been done a 5 weeks she would have known!!!! Anyway 2 months later got pregant again and is now 20 weeks pregant!!!

they haven't said anything about that but i thought about it too. i don't have pain or bleeding. i do have a cyst on my left ovary and when they did my sonograms that's all they saw. i assume they looked at my tubes too if they looked at my ovaries but i'm not sure. i have to go back next week so i'll mention that. i'm just praying and hoping for the best. i've had 4 hcg blood tests done since dec 30th. thanks for the advice and concern!

Some times your body just absorbes all the pregnancy tissue if it started to MC early on or the baby didnt develope properly ir. blighted ovum which is where a sac developes but no fetal pole & on occassions the body simply reabsorbes  the tissue very easily. But whats concerning me is your rising HCG levels normally they do begin to drop qiute rapidly after such a MC has happens I would most defo ask about the eptopic pregnancy , or maybe just maybe you are much earlier along than what you first thought & there is simply nothing to see as yet, a friend of mine did not see baby until just after 6 weeks but then with me I saw a fetal pole & flickering HB at 6 weeks with all included yolk sac ect its really confusing & I am sure it all depends on the individual involved & their personal circumstances as tilted uterus can some times make it harder for an internal scan to detect the baby ect or if you are a larger lady(as I am I am a size 14) the tummy scans can't always pick baby up I had to have an internal scan even at 9 weeks to see baby clearly due to my previous Csection & the scar tissue, so try not to think all hope is gone as you never know hun good luck with everything Love Helen xxxx

What were your levels?  If they werent high enough yet you prob would see anythi.g on ultrasound.  Are they going to do more bloodwork and repeat ultrasound?  I would request both.  Good luck.

Just wait. Some people don't see anything until they are 12 weeks. It can be to early every pregnancy is different. If you haven't had bleeding and your HCGS are going up, its looking good! Don't do anything major just yet. If your body was to absorb the pregnancy you HCGS would have gone down.
