Could they be wrong?

I went to  my obgyn Monday because  I  was  staying  lightheaded. I gave them an estimated  time that I  was pregnant  in a visit  before that and it came out to 9 wks this past week  but I wasn't  for sure on the time.  They did an ultrasound  monday and couldn't  find  a heartbeat.  But my cervix  looked fine. I have  had spotting  after sex and cramps from gas but that's all. My doctor  told my to make a decision by today  which is  Wednesday.  He hasn't done  any blood work. And I  was only in the ultrasound  room  for 5 minutes and the majority  of  the  time was spent getting  everything  ready. This is my first  pregnancy.  But I went  yesterday  and  told him I was going  natural.  And  I  am wondering  if  I  should  wait for my appointment  next week  or just go to  the  hospital  this weekend and  go ahead and get  a  second opinion.  Because he told me yesterday  that my blood work wouldn't  change till the  baby  passed. And he was pushing  for  a dnc.
