Fetal pole and yolk sac visible at 5 week ultrasound and now gone at 6 week?

My last menstrual period was June 24th, 2017. I missed my period on July 24th and had a very bright positive pregnancy test that evening. Then I had two more positive tests the next two days. I went to my first prenatal appointment on July 31st which would have put me at 5 weeks 2 days. Pregnancy test showed positive attention visit. Then during the ultrasound they said the fetal pole and sac were both measuring 6 weeks 1 day. Everything looked good on the scan besides the nurse said it was most likely still too soon to hear heartbeat. I have a tilted uterus so I thought that might play a role, as well. They scheduled me to come back today (Aug 7th) one week later. Today I would have been 6 weeks 2 days based on my LMP. The scan began and the nurse (different one than last time) said my sac was measuring a bit smaller. This time around there was only a sac... well, three!!!??? But empty?? I'm so confused. I have pictures of both but do not know how to show them on here. I see a REAL OBGYN Wednesday of this week, the 9th. They are wanting her to "confirm" a spontaneous/missed miscarriage. Mind you, I have NO cramping, bleeding or abnormal symptoms AT ALL. All of my tests are still saying positive. I have 5 healthy and happy kiddos. So, I'm just really at a loss. I'm sad and worried. :(
