I started Bleeding after intercourse how long does it last?

Hi,

I am 10 wks pregnant and experienced bright red bleeding right after intercourse. Almost immediately it turned into just very light pink spotting only when I wiped. (This was last night) today i had a bowel movement and passed a very small blood clot then again only light pink spotting only when wiping. At 6 wks pregnant dr found a small hematoma at the bottom of my uterus but at my last appt a week ago the hematoma appeared to be gone. I will be calling my dr on monday but need some peace of mind if at all possible. I do have lower back pain but thats something ive experienced since before being pregnant. Its sometimes hard to tell if im cramping or not.  Thank you...
