I think I may have had a miscarriage.

March 11 thru March 16 I had unprotected sex, we used the pull out method my breast were really sore to the point where they couldn't be touched that week but didnt think much of it since I had my period on the 6th and they had been sore since then , just not as bad. That night when we were having intercourse (March 16)I felt really dizzy and the next morning I went pee and saw blood didn't think much of it because I tear sometimes but later that day the blood flow got heavier and brighter with lower abdomen cramps. When id go pee the toilet water would turn all red. I passed like 3 small pieces  of like tissue? It continued For about 5 days on the 3 day I believe is when I saw a small blood clot it was slightly bigger than the tissue but couldn't see it quite well because it was pushed half way to the back of the toilet hole. I didnt go to the doctor because I thought maybe I had just gotten my period twice since I was on depo but have 3 month's  off of it. But I'm just concerned because it didn't feel like a normal period and I felt very emotional amd overwhelmed after it .

Chemical pregnancies happen ( a non viable pregnancy that washes out like a period very early) and most women have no idea.  We also have hormones that can get messed up and we bleed at irregular times.  And have the emotions, etc. of hormones.  I'd really just move on because you'll have no proof if you had an early chemical pregnancy or if it is just irregular bleeding.  good luck
