Is This Normal?

I'm scared.. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant, and I keep getting these little bursting sensations in my stomach. Like something inside there is popping. It happens at random times, and some bursts feel bigger than others. Could this possibly be a miscarriage? Not to mention, I just don't feel good. I feel weak, tired, dizzy, sick, bloated, cramps, headaches, body aches, blurred vision, hot, cold, chills.. all sorts of things. I also keep having heart palpitations. I just feel like I'm going to die or something. Though it could be my anxiety acting up (I have Generalized Anxiety), I'm still very very very worried that something is wrong! Please help?

Hopefully you can get things in check.  When you start feeling anxious try doing something else to take your mind off like a hobby or try writing it down in a journal.  Sometimes all the hormones can make things worse.  If all else fails mention it to ur dr, they may offer some ideas as well.  Good luck to you and enjoy your pregnancy. :)

That's what I'm trying to work on.. My anxiety, so I don't stress too much. I know it could harm the baby, and that's the last thing I want. Thank you for replying! Makes me feel more at ease. This is my first pregnancy, so I'm not sure what's normal and what's not. All I know, is I feel very yucky. Hopefully it will all subside soon!

xx

As long as you aren't in severe pain or bleeding its most likely not a m/c.  You will feel yucky during the first trimester.  All of ur symptoms sound normal.  But you do need to try to get ur anxiety in check because stress is not so good for the baby.  Relax and enjoy the best you can. Good luck to you.
