Menstration after miscarriage

I had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks gestation on July 28th and bled for 10 days or so. 3 weeks later I had a lighter than normal period. Only 2 weeks have passed since that period and now I have been spotting for 3 days and today started what seems like another period.

I had my HCG levels tested 2 weeks after my miscarriage and they were only 127.

My question is: is it normal to have random bleeding after a miscarriage or should I see my doctor? It isn't heavy but my periods have always been regular so it is very unusual for me to have bleeding 2 weeks after a period. I'm guessing my hormones are still a little wacky and this isn't anything that needs intervention but I would like to know for sure. I would assume my HCG levels have regulated long ago. Thanks for any advice!

You should contact your doctor because you might not have gotten everything expelled which could cause problems. You may have to have a D&C. Did they check to make sure everything was out?? and your hcg level should continue to be checked until you are under 10 and until that happens it is possible to still bleed. But your regular period should start around your regular time. It might be off for awhile but you shouldnt continue bleeding like you are. Ive been through alot of miscarriages and even the natural ones i didn't bleed like that so you should definitely call your doc and find out whats going on. After a month your periods should have been regulated since you are normal regular. Start watching for clots no matter how small because if you do see clots then not everything was expelled..
