Just keep trying, u need to upgrade ur blood supply to get pregnant, also take vitamins high in folic acid at least 1 mg. And hang in there, you will have a baby soon.

No problem. I had a missed miscarriage too. Stopped growing at 5 weeks but didnt know until 10 weeks. I did have to have the d&c. I was told no sex for 4 weeks, no tampons etc. I havent used a pad since I was like 14, I hate them lol. So I understand not wanting to use them. But you dont want to risk infection, it could cause future fertility problems. My d&c was september 29, I had my period 5 weeks later and then became pregnant again. Im now 7 weeks 6 days. Saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks. So theres hope if you wanna try again. :))

You do not want to use tampons. You dont want anything in there while your miscarrying. And it is for infection reasons. You need to use a pad. Im sorry for your loss.
