How long after a natural miscarriage until a regular period begin?

I had a natural miscarriage and after bleeding for over a month, I was put on Provera for 10 days to stop the bleeding. So finally on the 10th day I stopped bleeding. It has been 14 days since the bleeding has stopped and I haven't had a regular period yet. I have been feeling sick for 2 days now, very nausea tired diarrhea low back pains. Just worried

I am sorry. They say that period should come around 20days after the bleeding has stopped after a miscarriage. I bled for 8 weeks and 18days without and then normal period again. But you could be pregnant too! Who knows until you know.
