Multiple blighted ovum. Had a uterin septum removed

I've had two miscarriages now in the last two years, both blighted ovum. I go in for my ultrasound and find a empty uterus. Stops growing around 6 wks. Finally went to a fertility specialist and he found a uterin septum. I had it removed last month. My question is has anyone with my similar complications go on to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm so scared to try again even after surgery.
