Natural miscarriage process??

Hello. today is wednesday and on saturday night i started to bleed slightly, it was only there when i wiped. this continued on sunday but again was only there when i wiped and there was no pain or cramps. i took a pregnancy test on sunday morning and it came back very strong and positive. Then monday morning i started having lower back pain and slight pulling cramps in my tummy. i took another test in the morning and was shocked to see how much fainter the line was, it was barely visible. i was 6w pregnant. my husband took me straight to the doctors. she took two more tests and they both came back positive but she said that for the amount of weeks i was and considering it was my first urine that it should be a lot stronger and i also showed her the comparision between my other tests. she told me that she felt i was having a miscarriage. she prescribed me tablets called arthrotec 75, i didnt take any as yesterday as i went to the toilet to pass urine i noticed in the bottom of the toilet a small clot looking thing. i was still bleeding very very lightly everytime i wiped. was this the baby that i passed? my bleeding is not heavy at all though. all pregnancy symptoms have disappeared and the test this morning came back pretty much negative. i havent taken the pills as they mimick labour and can effect you concieving for the next two cycles and the doctor said that if i thought i had passed the baby that there was no need to take them as it doesnt stop infection.
have i passed the baby?  why am i not bleeding heavily at all? i still have very bad lower back pain. will i wait till my next period and will everything be washed out in a sense then? all i want is for this to be over as it has been the worst thing my husband and i have ever had to go through and i dont want there to be any risk of infection as we want to ttc again. the doctor also said that i was too early for a d&C. i live in ireland.

I want to tell you one thing, do you believe in God? If you do, trust him & never doubt his power. I went through a supposed miscarriage myself last Wednesday, I was 5 weeks & 3 days.... I bled darkish read and passed almost black blood clots but no pain whatsoever. The ER doctor told me it was a threaten miscarriage but then again it could be a missed period that needed to be flushed out. (Have in mind I bled for one day with no cramps & spotted red for another day & completely stopped) My symptoms fatigue, tender breast & lack of appetite pretty much went away, two days later my Doc checked my HCG level & it dropped really low so the doc considered bad news that I miscarriaged. Well exactly a week since then my HCG should had dropped drastically yet all my symptoms came back all over again yesterday! My doc says that's odd if my HCG is lower than the last time it was checked then I shouldn't have symptoms! Yet they are back she said it can be a good thing... Many patients have super low HCG and it boost up within days. I believe my baby is still inside me because God has decided that. God has the last word so just pray for you and LO protection. God will hear you out as long you ask in faith! God bless & good luck as well. Miracles do happen.
