hi i am a teenage girl and i recently was put on the depo prevera needle for the treatment of mild to moderate endometriosis i had a laperoscopy and they found endo on the 16th of May 2011. I have been Extremely worried as of 5 weeks ago when i started having brown thick blood spotting, i have has this for 4 and a half weeks and during all of this i have had horrible horrible sholder and back pain. and horrible cramps and stabbing pains in my abdomen. just this week i have started bleeding very very heavy and painful with a couple thick black blood clots. is there a way that i could have gotten pregnant and didnt know with my boyfriend, and since i didnt know ive been smoking and drinking is there a way i could have had an early miscarriage or something. my mother has had 2 miscarriages before i was born and my aunt had many alswell the also both had endo before their historectomy. please help me i am very scared and i am pretty sure i could have had a misscarriage please telll me what you think pls!
Thanks

If you are bleeding more than a pad an hour head to the er and if the pain is severe. Good luck.

It could be your body adjusting to the depo.  I would see a dr to b sure.  Good luck.
