Pregnant?
Hello, I am not sure if you would have the answer to my question but I really need some reassurance at the moment.
I had a missed miscarriage early this year, I went in for medical management on the 24th of Feb and on the 26th at 9:15am I had my little baby. Problem is I hemorrhaged and had to have a d&c that day.
I was told I couldn't fall pregnant for another 3 months, since then I have had regular, heavy periods that are always on time as I track my cycles now. I was due for my period today and it still hasn't come which is not normal plus on the 29th of May I had a small amount of pink discharge on my undies.
Since then I have noticed an increase in my appetite, a LOT of food cravings, my emotions are all out of wack, I urinate frequently, my nipples are sore & tender to touch and my breasts were sore to touch around the armpit area, I had a lot of mild lower back pain a few days ago and now in both ovaries (what I think are my ovaries) I have small discomfort and not really pain but Pulling. Its scary but I have had a LOT of gas and bowel movements today/ tonight and I feel bloated so I am hoping it is just that.
Is it possible for me to be pregnant again? My 3 months were up last month and I am on no contraception and have regular unprotected sex with my partner. I am currently away from home so I have to wait to buy a pregnancy test so I just wanted your thoughts.

UPDATE: took an early pregnancy test this morning and it came back POSITIVE! :)
I first went in to have two medications over three days as my body hadn't realized my pregnancy was no longer developing. Phrase one was a pill that would drop my pregnancy hormones and the effects of that was I wouldn't be able to fall pregnant for 3 months but that ended last month. I was advised not to fall pregnant straight away and to wait at least a cycle, my periods are now always regular & never late. They are a little heavy which is why I am surprised I am not having a period... A little concerning.
Yes, you might be pregnant. Did they say you could not be pregnant or you should not? After a d&c you can be pregnant on first month, but doctors ask you some time so your uterus can recover well. Good look for you.
You might be pregnant you sound like you could be also your 3 months been up, good luck in what ever happens
