Progesterone Deficient??

My Husband and I have been TTC for the past 5 months and I have had two very early miscarriages (both before 6 weeks). After I went through this last miscarriages I have been searching for answers (since the Dr. thinks everything is ok, didn't want to run test and reassured me that next time I conceived it would be a successful pregnancy.)

I stated charting my cycles and on my last cycle, 10DPO I started spotting light brown and it continued through day 11 and 12 and then AF fully (red) arrived the next. After I ovulated my temp shifted and stayed above my coverline (even when I began to spot) it didn't fall below until AF fully arrived. Im wondering if I might have a luteal defect or low progesterone levels, esp. since I have had two very early miscarriages.

I had my progesterone levels checked on CD 21, which was only 3dpo for me and they were 7.2.  I plan on going in today to have them check again (7dpo).  I think 7.2 seems low?? Any thoughts???
