Progesterone therapy post miscarriage??

I have had 2 miscarriages (one in december 2009 and the second last week). I was wondering what types of tests, medication, hormone therapy (i.e. progesterone) has any of you had post miscarriage when TTC again. We plan to wait until we get some results before trying again. The good thing: the 'plumbing' works. I have been able to conceive quite easily. We plan on doing everything possible to find out the cause - if any. My doctor also wants to place me on progesterone therapy regardless because she feels it might help (esp. since my levels were tested a few years ago and were low).

I have the same question.  My husband and I have had three IUI's and two were succesful positive pregnancies.  I miscarried with both.  I know that my RE is going to do some immune testing on me and chromosome testing on both my husband and I to see if there is something else going on.  Hopefully we both can get some answers.

wha is "plumbing"?

Most doc. do all these test after three MCs..but of course if ur doc is willing to start after two MC ,then it's good...Some of the tests that I had:

DAY 21 progesterone tes
DAY 3 test for FSH level
HSG to check the tubes
US to check structural problems with uterus, tubes etc....
immunization for MMR

baby dust
