Recurrent Miscarriages

Hello, i have had 3 consecutive miscarriages within the last 12 months ( i have a daughter almost 3) i have an appointment with a fertility specialist on the 14th of June and would love to be armed with questions does anyone have any ideas what i could ask to be tested for?

You might have low progesterone. If you tried again right after your miscarriage that could play a factor. I had a miscarriage on 3/16/10. **sending us with baby dust**

I'm so sorry for your losses. I too have had several losses. The questions I often asked were to have genetic testing and regular labs done to make sure there is no infection in your body, I would check to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection. I would def req a u/s so they can really get a good look at your uterine lining and ovaries. I had a very complicated pg w my last baby and his blood was incompatable w mine so that caused alot of problems that went undected until after he was born, which his hematologist said my prior losses may have occured from the incompatibility. Ask the dr's to guide you as well and see what they think you should be tested for as well. Sometimes there is a issue with the baby and it's nothing your doing. The baby could be sick or just not developing right. I hope this helps. Best wishes to you and let me know what happens!
