Sex with a G6pd partner = can it lead to a miscarriage?
Hi.. I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant.. And this is my fourth pregnancy after having a normal birth delivery followed by 2 miscarriages 4 years after that. It's been 2 years apart since the last miscarriage and doc announced that I might be going through another miscarriage with this current one too.. At 10 weeks, doc could not find any fetal pole in the sac.Meaning to say, no baby found in there. Didn't managed to find out the cause of my miscarriages for the previous 2 and now I'm wondering why this is happening again.. I'm not trying to play the blame game here but I would like to know if my partner who has g6pd could affect this pregnancy that might cause these miscarriages.I have read some where that a Mommy who has g6pd herself,got pregnant and lost her child during her pregnancy.. Thanks.
