If there is no bleeding is there any other way u would have a miscarriage??
There r different types of mc. In which one them is called missed miscarriage where there is no bleeding or ny symptoms of normal mc. U only find out in ur normal scan but mostly mc do start with bleeding or jst small drop of spottings. U should do a search online.
