Uterine lining not thickning - possible miscarrige advise pls!

first let me start by explaing from scratch - on 1st and 3rd July 09 i tested and got a BFN. i retested on 9th july 09 on got a BFP. I had a check up on the 11th july 09 to confirm my pregnancy. my doc did a US to see if he could see anything due to the fact that i have a very irregular cycle and was not sure as to when i may have conceived. he didnt see a sac yet but said that my uterine lining was very thick and things were looking good so far. he rescheduled me to come back in 9 days. He said if there still wasnt a sac visible, he shud see that my uterine lining has thickened. i went in yesterday. he saw two small dark areas that he wasnt sure was blood or sacs. he measured my uterine lining and said it was not very thick and had not gotten thicker since last time but have acutally gotten thinner! he said it should be doubling and not getting thinner. he said he expects me to miscarry in a few days. i have not had any cramping or bleeding and am still seeing some preggo symtoms. he did a blood pregnancy test that came back very positive. he didnt check for hcg levels because he felt it wasnt necessary as he felt strong about me miscarrying. has anyone been told they didnt have a thick uterine lining or that it hasnt gotten thicker but went on to carry healthy babies? am not so much concerend that we didnt see a sac yet, becus am feeling i ovulated pretty late, my cycles can be up to 38 days apart! i may have concieved on the 28th june 09 or anytime there after. any adivse ladies?! sorry this is so long! i do have a second opinion scheduled for 3pm today though.

it sounds like you may be preggo. keeping my fingers crossed! i think am gonna move my appointment up to today instead of tomorrow. my nerves are killing me! am too anxious and just wanna make sure my little bean is ok! i think i'll go crazy waiting another day!

I had my period which last 2 or 3 days then the rest of the week was just spotting a little. Then a few days later I spotted for another couple of days just really light. I don't know the doctor I had was dumb. He couldn't answer any of my questions & I felt like he was rushing to get me out of there. That's what you get at the hospital here sometimes. I have a doctor's appointment Tuesday with my OBGYN so I'm gonna talk to them about it. My symptoms are stronger now.

yea its still possible! i bled for 3 days with ds #1. i had a miscarrige aug 02, i got a period that sep, but in oct i bled for 3 days, so i assumed it was just a shorter lighter period. two days later i was feeling sick so took a test and it was positive, now he's 6 years old! Wonder why they didnt do a urine or blood test on you. how long was your bleeding for? was it heavy? maybe u shud do a home test yourself.

but yea i have been really feeling the morning sickness now! no vomitting but i feel really sick, even as am typing now :(

Yeah I went to the hospital the other day cuz I had my period last week then a few days later I started to spot. I dunno if I'm pregnant or not, the doc said no but they didn't do a urine sample. I have a dr. appt on Tuesday for a follow up. I've been getting dizzy & light headed quite often. Before my miscarriage about 2 weeks into the pregnancy I felt the same way but doc wouldn't do a test. I feel nauseous quite often but don't actual get sick. Could I be PG even though I had my period for a few days? yeah don't talk to fast LOL.

yea i really think am starting to experience "morning sickness" now. i feel a little dizzy and i have urges to throw up but i dont. not since that last time anyway. if i get up too quick from laying or sitting down everything goes black like am going to past out! this is so different from my last ones. am just so use to throwing up all the time and feeling so drained and dizzy and weak! but i guess this one i might come off lucky and just have the nausea without the actual vomitting! maybe i shoudlnt talk to quick huh? lol

Yeah most likely if the pregnancy wasn't progressing your symptoms wouldn't get stronger. Good luck with everything. Let me know how the checkup goes.

so far it seems! i have another check up on tuesday. i threw up twice this morning. not much though. i've been having the feeling to throw up slighty and i dont know if its because am thinking about it why i threw up or if i coudlnt help it. i've been stuck on the same pregnancy symptoms since getn my bfp until today. i dont think my symtomps would be increasing if my pregnancy wasnt progressing. :s what do you think?

I would definitely have them check your HCG levels. That is the only way the hospital knew something was wrong with my pregnancy because my levels had dropped when they should have been going up. Good luck.
