Hi I am sorry for your loss.

I to had a miscarriage at 14 weeks and the testing came back as unknown.  I didn't require a dnc because my baby and everything came out as well.

My bleeding was similar to yous.  I bled for the first and second week and during the third week I spotted.  When it was round the time for ovulation I had more spotting and then I cramped for about 2 weeks after that.  I got my af at 37 days and that lasted approx 7 days.  My af wasn't sore at all but emotionally draining.

I am 6 weeks and 4 days post miscarriage and the cramping and twinges stopped after my af came.

I hope that helps but if you are worried then I recommend going to the doc.
