"I am suppose to be 9 weeks and 1 day since my lmp (11/22/12) had ultrasound 1/24/13 and said i was only 5 weeks 4 days, my hcg level on Jan. 4th 2013 was 2,637 and on Jan. 24th is was 21,445. Is this ok, or am i going to have a miscarriage?"

your conception date would be off.. have the doc do a follow up u/s and monitor your blood to make sure your hcg levels are going up..

Unfortunately this is only something your doctor will be able to answer. Maybe your dates were wrong? Has your doctor suggested a follow up blood test to see if your hcg levels are rising? If not then that might be something to request.
