am i having a miscarriage??

Hi. I am 20 years old. My hubby and I have had sex about 4 weeks ago. I then experienced becoming nauseases and throwing up for a week straight. I've had cramps in my stomach alot like server period cramps. Lower back ache and not for getting I've been extremely tired. I ignored all the signs and was in denial. Being that I was diagnosed with endometriosis. And my Dr told me that its very slim chance that I would fall pregnant. However I decided to take a preg test and it came out positive. I then started to bleed heavy and blood clots are coming out. I've never experienced any thing like this before. Please advise me as to what is going on?? I called my gynie but his fully booked for appointments right now. What do I do???

I've been in this situation many times! I've lost 14 pregnancies in 15 years, also have endomitriosis. I don't want to scare you off hurt your feelings at all but it sounds like an ectopic pregnancy or what they call a spontaneous abortion (same thing as miscarriage) As long as your only a few weeks your Dr can give you methotrexate shots to stop the cell growth in your tube. Lots of blood tests & maybe 1-3 shots. If your hcg level is dropping on its own they may just let you pass it without any meds. I would try to get in with your Dr if possible, just explain the situation to the receptionist & make sure they know there was a positive test & note you experiencing heavy bleeding & it's an emergency. If not go to the er if u have to. An ectopic is more likely with endo & nothing to let wait to long to have taken care of. It can cause your tube to rupture like my last pregnancy & I had to have my tube & ovary removed & had to have 2 blood transfusions. Please be safe & get checked out asap!! Good luck!

It is better to go to another doctor to check. Sometimes it is spotting in early weeks, but blood is serious. Maybe you need to take progesterone. But not all bleedings are signs of abortion. Don't worry and dont delay going to a doctor. Good luck!
