am i still pregnant

hi 3 weeks ago i had an early scan and was told my baby didnt have an heart beat they estimated that i was 7 weeks going by the day of my last cycle however from my calculations i was about 5-6 weeks because of when i took the home test using the
clear blue digital it dated me at 1 week on the 28 march a week later i took it again just to make sure and it said 2 weeks. my problem is that 3 weeks on from the scan i still haven't miscarried and still feeling sick and rather tired. i opted to wait for nature to take its course and not have an operation i wasn't offered another scan or even to wait a few days. i just asked for another scan which will be next tuesday they don't feel i need one and want to book me in for the op am i crazy to think i still am i'm in pieces dont know what to think they have dashed my hopes now

do the doctor believe you're having a miscarriage? have they continued watching your hcg levels? do you mean you did an ultrasound at 3/4 weeks? that's way too early to even detect a heart beat, of course it's possible, but it's almost hard to see it, even at 5-6 weeks. you should demand an ultrasound done again. and if according to you, your baby passed 3 weeks ago, then you're in need of a D&C so you don't get an infection from the fetus.

I would demand a scan for ur peace of mind.  Some doctors push for surgery too soon. With my second son we didn't see a heartbeat till almost 8 weeks.  Its your body don't let anyone push u into anything u don't feel right about.  Good luck
