bright red bleeding

After having spotting off and on since finding out I was pregnant, today I had moderate bright red bleeding.  I will be 7 wks tomorrow with a much-wanted pregnancy.
THe bleeding is not enough to require a pad, more just when I wipe, but more than just a streak, if that makes any sense.  It seems to have stopped for now, but I am terrified.
I have had two previous m/c (and 4 healthy babies) and both m/c happened at once; heavy, continual bleeding.
Has anyone had bright red bleeding and been fine?

I would probably still go to the doctor to get examined.  Alot of women bleed in pregnancy (from what I have read on here) and seeing as you have been spotting since you started, it could be fine or it may not be ..

Not that they will be able to do anything at this point if it will end in M/c =( hopefully not.. but if it is nothing then you will at least feel better..  I mean if you wait it out a week, an US should give a clear picture by  then.
