I'm so sorry.  Sadly I too know how difficult it is.  My OB always told me the same thing Scout said, that if no complications, then one cycle was enough.  My OB differed with Scouts Dr. and said the same thing for after a D&C.  You will find varying medical opinions.  I can tell you that with my one successful pregnancy, I did conceive immediately after a miscarriage, with no period in between.  Personally, if I were you, I would be trying again now without worry.  Double check with your Dr. if at all concerned.  All the best to you.

First off, sorry about the m/c.  I know how hard they are.  After a natural m/c, my doc told me to wait one cycle and then I should start TTC.  After a D&C, my doc told me to wait 3 cycles.  So I would say that if your m/c was natural, then you're probably good to go!  Good luck and wishing you get that BFP really soon!!
