in the middle of miscarrying

on the 21st of november i had a scan as i was bleeding heavily and got told i miscarried,sono told me to come back in a few days to see what ive passed,so i went for another scan last thursday and she said that its just the sac to pass and they wont do a d and c as its near to passing,and told me to come back for another scan this friday,she said i should pass it in the next 48 hours,its now tuesday and ive completely stopped bleeding..what does that mean?,i really want this over with so i can get on and get back to work,its just killing me knowing that im carrying of what would of been a baby dead inside me...i dont think i can wait til friday,this is my 4th miscarriage and i havent been through one like this,this is completely different,what do i do?

u have misread my first comment,i had d and c late last night,im home now,now i can get on with things

but thats what I was saying you may have stopped bleeding because your still pregnant, your date maywell have been off abit, you may have ovulated abit later in your cycle and thats why they couldnt see a heart beat

na im not pregnant there was no heartbeat,well had first lot of tablets yesterday,having some more tomorrow but ive got to be kept in if no joy then i might be having a d and c on saturday

I would get another u/s done or at they very least a couple of blood tests done just to make sure, you never know you may still be pregnant, stranger things have happened !!

yes i passed some clots before my last scan which was last thursday...it was still showing the sac,last time i had to push a little and it came out,but this time nothing,since thursday i have bled lightly but now im not bleeding at all,i dont really want a d and c,i hope they give some tablets to take so i still got hope of passing it naturally with the help of the tablets

I've just had a miscarriage and it was totally different this time, last time I passed a sack, this time I didnt, I had bad cramps, for a week with no bleeding, then had an ultrasound which showed nothing in my uterus anymore, then I started to  bleed a few days later and I only passed small clots this time, maybe its the same for you, have you passed any clots? if not, then I would def go for that other u/sound
