I need advice please!

I have had 3 miscarriages all in week 8. One was a d&c, 2 I bled out. I am so nervous. I am due December 5th so I am only in week 5. Does anyone have any advice to help me get my rainbow baby? I've been trying for a baby for a little over a year now. I need lots of baby dust, prayers, and advice. Thank you!

Low progesterone is a typical cause for miscarriage. They should test your levels. Diet wise, decrease estrogenic foods and increase progestogenic foods. Increase caloric intake to sustain embryonic growth.

Hopefully it's not just an issue with the embryo itself, but that can be an issue.

Hope this baby sticks and you get your rainbow

I know what you're going through and it is very scary and nerve wrecking. This is my 8th pregnancy, I only have 2 living children. It is vital that you stay positive and really take it easy. In the beginning of my pregnancy I was bleeding and had placenta previa. I even had contractions the first trimester and really hard problems gaining weight. You just have to keep positive and when I say take it easy I mean pretty much bed rest. I'm proud to say I am now 38 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby boy. Good luck mama and don't think about the other miscarriages it can cause you to lose your lil one. I wish you the best

Have your doctors determined what caused your miscarriages? That would be a good place to start. If it's due to low progesterone then they can gice you shots.
