miscarriage? WARNING IMAGES AND TMI

Hi all... Can anyone help. I'm rather distraught at the fact that I think I have suffered from my 3rd miscarriage today without knowing I was pregnant... My periods are normally irregular until February 2014, they became regular, without fail every month without fall until my last period that was due on the 28th August.. However it didn't show. Having irregular periods and pcos I just though it was that... Although no signs of my period arriving on the 1st September I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. End of that was that. Yesterday evening I started spotting, I had a dark brown discharge that did not change in consistency. Was expecting my period to arrive this morning, but it never... Making my two year old dinner, I felt the urge to pass wind, but from the front. I felt as though I'd wet myself, so I went to the toilet and noticed blood filled knickers with a tough like clot... I removed it and started to.examine it which revealed what to me looks like features of a baby, then went back to wipe when a long piece of tissue came out that was very tough. Now I'm confused and need answers.

Please do not comment nasty replies.

This definitely looks like a miscarriage, you should go to the ER or to your doctor asap. if I were you I would take anything that your body released so that they could examine it. Take care of yourself and sorry for your loss.
