Thank you I've had 2 previous mc too 1 at 7 weeks andd 1 at 13 weeks an was pretty much back to normal straight away but this is different I stoppped bleeding 2 days after having my son and have had nothing since I done a test 3 weeks ago and it was a faint positive which I assumed was because it wasn't long after and done another the day after which was negative so ill tell the consultant and see what he says thank you for your comments

I'm very sorry for your loss. In a first trimester loss, I believe the norm is about 5 or 6 weeks.  In second trimester it can be a bit different as it can take the body longer to return to normal.  Please check in with your Dr. Sometimes a little extra help is needed to get things back to normal.

I had a miscarriage just over 9 weeks ago and i still haven't had a period either. The doctor has now put me on norethisterone (progesterone) for 5 days which he's hoping will kick start my periods back into action. Give it another week and maybe go to the docs. We're anxious to try again so i wanted to do something to get my body back on track.

Sorry for your loss.
