need some help

ok well i have a question, so i know after a miscarriage know one knows when AF will come back they say 4-6 wekks sometimes longer but what im wondering is when do you count down from??

- from when you first start spotting

- from when you start bleeding red and like a period

- or is it from when you pass the tissue??

im unsure about this because i started spotting on the 7th, full on bleeding from the 12th, and passing tissue from the 16th to the 18th when would i start counting from so i can have an idea of when to expect my AF???

thanks

I counted from the day my bleeding stared. That is what my dr told me to use. I'm sorry for your loss. Best wishes to you...

Well, I cant really help you out on that one, but I did just have m/c as well last thur.
I have actually been wondering that same thing. I was told though that, after passing all the tissue is the day I should go from. The other thing is that not everyone agrees with that.
Did you m/c for sure, dont think you said for sure...if so I am very soory for your loss!!!
Take care
Let me know how it goes for you, maybe you can help me....
