treatment for infection after a miscarriage

so i have had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago an now im having this brown discharge i took 2 doses of cytotec to remove everything an i saw the sac come out . but the brown stuff has an odour can this be an infection or could tissue still be in me even if the sac has passed?

spotting but its like thick slimy blood and dark

but can this be becase i waited for everything to pass out or tissue is still in there cuz i saw the sac in the toilet

If its a bad odor than it sounds like infection. You should definately call your doctor right away.
