what day do you say was the start of the miscarriage

Hi Girls, I am trying to work out how many days it is since my m/c, do you count the start of it as the first day you started to bleed? I started to spot tiny on wed 18th, sun 2nd a little heavier then it stopped, mon 23rd went for scan, told no heart beat,  bled on stop from the tues to the following tues so it stopped bleeding on 1st dec. when do i count from to try predict hen first period will arrive?

Thanks, I came on yesterday, xmas day!!! Won't forget that, going off your calculation, I had a natural m/c so  i counted from my first heavy bleed non stop that would make this cycle 30 days, I'm normally 28 so not bad, looks like everything bk to norm!! Can ttc again now :O)

I would count it from the day when you started the non-stop bleed.. I spotted for a week on n off before my d&c, and my doc says to take my d&c day as day1.
I am still waiting for my first cycle, I am CD27 with this calculation...

sorry little confusing that....... 18th nov spoting, 22nd nov little heavier bleed, mon 23rd nov scan, no heartbeat... tues 24th nov bleeding non stop until tues 1st dec......as of yet no period?
